Hands Meet - Mumbai,Pune,Maharastra 25th January,2009 |
25th January 2009… it was surprising at Catholic Gymkhana… meeting time is 12 noon, but most of participants were present at 11:30am only….!!! The people from Pune reached 1st - again least expected…. What about "BST (Bengali Standard Time)"…??? It seems everyone is very professional, punctual or changed after long staying outside Bengal… No way - actually it is the attraction, love & affection for Hindu School that we could not control ourselves to meet those who are related to Hindu School. We knew that most of the participants were unknown to us, but we also knew that all were related to each other as we all are ex-students of great Hindu School and very proud of our school…
So before the schedule time we started our curriculum. The place was awesome - just opposite narimal point, The Catholic Gymkhana first floor, Mumbai. The table and deluxe chair was ready for members. But participants started mesmerizing about their glorious time from ground floor only… after everyone settled down, a brief introduction part and then directly fly to the down the memory lane… from 69 HS batch to 2004 HS batch - a long time… snacks, beer & cigarette - a perfect combination to recall and mesmerizing the glorious time which we missed always… everyone gone to nostalgic phase - felt nostalgic & made others nostalgic… everyone shared their memorable incidents- we laugh we thought we express… suddenly we realized that it was 2:30pm and we forget about launch, so ordered from Chinese as the place is famous for that… the timeless stories goes on, we finished our launch… then around 3:30 pm the owner came to stop us as the club is about to close, so we came outside and then continue… we did not realized how we spend five hours, it seems we just started… the mood was to continue more but as many people have to travel long distance specially Pune, so we stopped for the day, but decided to meet soon…
Also we are responsible alumni, so decide our next roadmap, our agenda and our aims.
